  1. The favourite food of slim people is chicken. No, majority of slim people are not vegetarians. They eat meat. However, they do eat vegetables and fruits. Actually, they eat vegetables for dinner! So that is probably something you could be doing too, right?
  2. They are not skipping breakfast. However, they eat fruits or eggs for breakfast and definitely not bacon or sugary cereals. So healthy breakfast are the basis!
  3. They snack. But not chips or chocolate. Fruits or nuts are their choice! And they should also be yours!
  4. The good news is that these people are not fitness addicts. They do drink alcohol and they exercise only occasionally.
  5. And they do not really weigh themselves everyday. They do not really care.

So, what should you do? Eat more vegetables and fruits, less junk food and sugary foods and you will be fine. At least that is what slim people are saying and if it works for them, why should it not work for you? Of course, you should also make sure that you do not eat more calories than you actually need.
